Gently used Koi brand patriotic scrub top! I think I wore this maybe 2 times? The stars are supposed to glow in the dark. I think they kind of did if I remember, been a few years since I wore it, so unsure if they still “glow.” Excellent condition top! Beads in perfect shape too!
