meganmcvay731 Hi @thestylereport! Great question. So there are 4 snaps on the strap. If you only snap 1 or 2 of the 4 total snaps, then it can become a cross body bag. With 2/4 snaps, the strap is 15 inches on each side. With 1/4 snaps, the strap is 20 inches on both sides. I uploaded new pictures at the end of how this works.
