Vintage 1980’s Jacket and Skirt Set in Teal and Navy Brocade

Straight from the 80’s with shoulder pads (small to medium weight), this is a beautiful A line Skirt with matching Surplice style Jacket which can be worn as top or over blouse. No size or fabric label, but best guess is it is a cotton/rayon blend and is a 4- 6 (see measurements).
