Worn once, new condition. Covers the knee. Accents the bust area & flares out from there. Fabric is polyester & rayon but feels like a thickened ribbed sweater. It has support, so it smoothes the bumps out. Very flattering fit with stretch. You will feel like a princess in it. Size is 14/16.. the color is a teal color, hard to capture the true color.
