Can you explain the lining to me I feel like the shorts I have are not lined? Would these work well for hot yoga?

@kcspicker15 hi! Some of the aligns in lighter colors have a double lining so they aren’t see through. It is the same material as the aligns you likely have, the legs just feel a bit more compressive than the usual align due to a second layer of the same material. You can’t see it and it doesn’t add bulk. I would wear to hot yoga, it depends on your comfort :)

@bfriedman thank you that really helps me. I was injured badly in a car accident and had 5 major back surgeries. I gave up for years but recently realized I was going to die in my bed if I didn’t start doing something so I’m doing hot yoga for about a month now and I’m a bit sore but feel actual happiness after. I need more shorts though lol 😂 thank you for your help
