what are the dimensions from armpit to armpit and what is the length? Does it have pockets? Condition?

The armpit opening is ten inches in diameter. The length is 25 inches; the width is 21 inches from armpit to armpit as measured in front. There is also a 4 in x 1 inch elastic thread box on both left and right sides and in the middle of the back on the inside of the vest in matching elastic thread for extra give if needed.
The item is new w/tags, never worn.
100% cotton collared, vest with no buttons and is mach wash cold on gentle cycle/line dry.
