Zipper pull is not original, but will provide the original in case you can get it repaired. The one on it is close in color and stolen off of a non Coach thrifted bag, and easily removed. Small crease or scratch that would not come out after conditioning. Hard to see unless you are looking for it. Stain on one corner that did not come out, but conditioning the leather has almost completely concealed it. Some color loss at corners and on the seams at the zipper. All faults mentioned are in pics. Any repairs, cleaning/conditioning products used, dunking, etc: Yes, I did dunk it briefly in warm water and Dawn to try to remove the corner stain. There was a little color loss, but conditioning has helped that. I also used a little green shoe cream until I was told NO! I have since cleaned ALL of the shoe cream off and conditioned, conditioned, conditioned her! No mold, all stitching is in good condition, and she is so soft. Products used, Dawn, saddle soap, Leather CPR, Chaimberlain's Leather Milk, Lexol leather wipes, jewelry polish cloth for the brass, and buffing & interior vacuuming.
