nikberg555 Condition? Any flaws? Pulling, holes, signs of wear/tear? Measurements of waist please (photo showing it would be greatly appreciated)

hannahpeters263 @nikberg555 hi there! I added waist measurement/ photo to the description. There is stitching that comes undone at the drawstring and a couple loose threads shown in the pictures. Fabric has no holes or pulling. Only flaws are in the threads / stitching.
