Unique combination of charms. No damage that I can see. Some areas are intentionally brushed and hammered. This necklace also includes varieties of the Fleur-de-Lis, assorted sizes of crosses, turquoise stones, crowns and chain. It presents itself well for a variety of styles. Only used on a mannequin (see picture). I think the turquoise stones are authentic but cannot say for sure. They have a rhinestone attached at the end of the stone.
