NWOT, Red and Black striped ruffle skirt with string in back to adjust the bustle look. This is a 2x, tried on and never worn. Please see ruler pic for elastic waist at rest; it stretches fully to @22 1/2 inches. Floor length skirt if you are 5' 2" Great costume piece, just won't work for me.
