@tbloun oh definitely, see the band on the back, that is where they would make the adjustment. I’ve had a similar ring sell that was a size 6, that needed to be modified to a size 9. Yurman headquarters were able to do so with no issue at all very reasonable price.
All they require, is to fill out a one page service request and mail in your piece with the document. Once received, and upon jewelers review, they will then call, or email you, a quote for resizing with your approval and payment.

@tbloun In my experience, this type of alteration would take less than two weeks, and a total cost (shipping, alteration, & professional clean) less than $100… as the size needed, does not differ greatly from the ring’s current size.

@tbloun I received an email from DRS Yurman Headquarters in NY, including a free expedited FedEx shipping label. They can resize the ring to your measurements! Now I’m just waiting on the quote!!! :)
