This was a custom size. It fits about a 52” hip comfortably; I would not consider it a true 3XL. Seams are sealed so water can’t get in and on my 5’3” body it hits right above the knee. Snap buttons, hood with waterproofed seams and pockets. Worn once or twice, in excellent condition.
