asablik @jenn_bunny21 I understand that. I used it 3 times and had no way of knowing that the rattling sound was not normal or that it was not working within 72 hrs. I have contacted ZIIP to see if they can help me and they are asking for the original receipt/order number. Is there anyway that you would be able to send me a copy of that?
