This listing is for a lovely new with tags size 3 or XL possibly Large popover stretch knit tunic top from Chico's. The top is called Hardware Detail Top and has long sleeves. It has a rounded collar with a narrow V-neck and two gold tone rings with a strap through them for a keyhole look. The top is done in a high low style and flares out a bit to the bottom. It is a smooth fabric of good substance and is new with tags and never worn. The measurements are: Bust is approximately 22 1/2" - 45" with stretch for more room Length is approximately 30" in front, longer to 33 1/2" in back 76% rayon, 20% nylon, 4% spandex Machine wash.
