Joseph Ribkoff Brown/Blue Lined Lace Overlay Top With Feathered Cuffs

Reposhing this item I purchased from @jberta. NWT from a Chicago boutique. Says size 8 but is definitely more of a size 4-6 Measurements: PTP - 16” Length - 21” Not a lot of stretch. Beautiful top - just too small for me. The blue and brown overlay is stunning and the feathered cuffs are amazing. A person with thinner arms would do well with this. Wide neckline, lining is sewn in so very top of shirt is a bit see through, then lining is added. No straps in lining. Material: Lining - Brown - 100% polyester 65% stretch nylon 35% rayon
