There really are some amazing traders out there but there's also several scammers:/ A lot of the trusted traders ask each other about poshers before trading so I've been meaning to make this but always get caught up 😆 Plus I want to ask the highly recommended girls permission to put their names up.

If someone I know os a trusted trader (like you beauties) tells me it went bad, I'll block them. They must not realize that they're ruining any kind of future trades from happening for them, not just with that one person they screwed over, but with anyone that those people know. News travels.

juliekattke @metamorphoasis Exactly. I have no qualms about warning all of my PFF’s, and even newcomers, about who is not trustworthy. I feel like it’s our obligation to keep this community honest and ethical….otherwise, it turns into a free for all and everyone turns cutthroat and is out for themselves. It gets ugly if gone unchecked.

juliekattke @metamorphoasis I’ve been called a “mean girl” because of it, that I think I’m some ringleader, that I like to spread gossip like I’m in high school….and on and on and on. None of it phases me or stops me, because it’s ALWAYS the scammers saying that about me. 🤣OF COURSE they want to scare us into silence!

bgh1980 @juliekattke @metamorphoasis I agree with both of you ladies! The weird thing to me is, why do some of the people not send to some but send to others? Or send quality items to some and crap to others. I guess because they’ve been getting away with it. This is why it is important to let each other know who’s not trustworthy! I don’t ever want to see any of my PFF’s get scammed.

bgh1980 @metamorphoasis you’re absolutely right, just like that brummet person, I know of several people she has scammed but others she’s done right. It’s so people will trade with her and she has the bad love notes removed! That ain’t cool in my book. So I think she should be on the bad traders list! Brummet62 or something like that. Ugh 😣

bgh1980 @belle_shoppe I’m so sorry that happened to you, Cass has always sent new items unless otherwise stated in the description to me in our numerous trades. I 100% trust her to trade with. Maybe she thought they were new? we get stuff in trades and purchases and turn around and sell the items if we decide we don’t want them all the time, it’s common practice. But I completely understand where you’re coming from, I’d hate for you to get sick! 🤗

She shouldn’t have told @belle_shoppe to let it go because it was just “dumb Rae Dunn stuff” and then block her. I’d be upset too. That’s the part that makes it feel like it wasn’t an accident- because anytime someone makes an honest accident, we make it right asap. So maybe after she reads this thread- she’ll unblock and fix things?

I was supposed to get Victoria’s Secret Fabulous perfume, 4 BBW mist, a Dooney & Bourke wristlet…I didn’t get anything. She didn’t send my items back either. She has never made it right. I decided to block her a few days ago.

bgh1980 @juliekattke I agree, our last trade, (mine and Cass) I never received my box, it never started tracking. But I had no reason not to trust her because we’ve done probably 15 trades prior to that one. And she let me pick a whole new bundle and sent it to me with goodies. She was out twice on that one. Yes she should make it right with @belle_shoppe, I’ll reach out to her and see what’s up. 🤗

metamorphoasis @bgh1980 If you want people to see bad reviews, you have to leave 5 stars and then write them... Sadly... BUT yes, you can remove lovenotes. This is why it's important to check for recent lovenotes. If you don't see anything for a few months, I'd ask them to trade first. Usually an honest person won't mind waiting if they don't have any recent feedback. Screenshots on a listing don't count in my opinion lol

metamorphoasis @belle_shoppe @bgh1980 I actually have a box in transit from Cass right now. I've done maybe 2 trades with her and so far I haven't had any major issues. I have had items show up used or broken when they said NWT but I've now learned to just read the description because it was usually disclosed inside and i know USPS is mean to some packages. I'll update after this package arrives but I'm not worried about her at all. She's also one of the traders that likes to add extras:)

metamorphoasis @juliekattke Yeah and honestly, there was nothing that occurred between me and @dylcas02 that is cause for concern. In fact, we just sent each other packages recently that are in transit. The swatched item was stated in her description (I now read everything lol) and the broken item could have easily happened in transit. A lot of the time I don't even mention broken items from transit because I've sold so many Eyeshadow palettes that break in transit... it just happens sometimes.

juliekattke @metamorphoasis I agree. That’s why I think it was probably an honest mistake and then miscommunication that escalated and then took a right turn for the worse when a claim was filed. But that shouldn’t be the reason to block someone. I know when I first started trading on this platform five years ago, I didn’t know that Poshmark support didn’t help out with trades. We all learn. And I don’t think Cass is a scammer at all. That’s the only reason I’m encouraging a peaceful resolution. ☺️

Filing any kind of complaint is useless so if anyone plans to trade, this is exactly why people should do their homework, read these posts, and ask their PFFs. Not necessarily for the drama but to prevent being robbed. Personally, I like to ask questions and be informed. That's why you're one of my main go-to girls 💕

I am very upset still I sent Slake2003 Brand New UGGs (seriously new 🆕 in the box), a hard to find Micheal Kors purse 👜, and nice Victoria Secret Bath & Body items. I got nothing from her. I purchased my label. Nothing was ever shipped. She lied 🤥 and said several times she shipped. The only money I got back was my $10 from the $3 label and Shipping Fee. I lost over $400 in merchandise to her.

cachetdurand I have traded with Path2Paradise, and while her stuff is B+/A- rated, she is very rude and impatient. She will seriously hound you all day, multiple times an hour! "I see you're active! Why aren't you answering me!?!" On all your listings even! And honestly sometimes I have Posh logged in on my phone while I'm nowhere near my phone! So it became very stressful to handle her trades very quickly. I did just wanna warm you ladies about one more person

cachetdurand I became very close w/ DATGIRLBLONDIEE over 6 months. We talked everyday & I sold her some inventory. She promised to pay me back asap and I trusted her Bc she was like my best friend at this point we had become very close, very fast! Talking all day, every day. Well weeks after she revived the items, I'm still asking for money and she goes missing. "Got arrested" supposedly. And I'm now out literally an embarrassing amount of inventory. In the thousands. So heads up ladies.

juliekattke When I received my box from @tkgrosager87, it was missing 2 main items- of course, it was the items I most wanted because they were the expensive ones of solid sterling and artisan turquoise. When I politely said something to her and offered up a resolution - she blocked me! This honestly hasn’t happened to me in a very long time, and it’s just so disheartening. My missing pieces are currently for sale in her closet AS WELL as the items she kept from me. 💔 Everyone beware of this closet!

metamorphoasis @morr790 I think that's part of her lure... the sympathy/victim card. Rather some see it as a guilty conscience 🤷‍♀️ She had a chance to prove herself otherwise and didn't. I think some people believe their own lies sadly:( Mental health issues are incredibly prominent right now... I hope for whatever reasons she does this, that it's helping to feed one of those babies.

I listed some of my fav 100% truthworthy girls up top if you ever want to check them out:) Also ALWAYS ask for people to ship first if they don't have at least a few recent positive lovenotes. I've been scammed by some on the 2nd and 3rd trades too:/ but I don't let it ruin it for everyone ❤️
