Vintage 1985 Vase or Decanter, Excellent Unused Condition

Bought in the Arizona area during a 1985 cross country road trip. Very pretty, stored in curio cabinet for all these years. It has a cork but it won’t come out and I don’t want to force it. Unique piece. The stamp on the bottom is of a blue rocking horse.
