Black wide elastic belt w/ruffled edges and silvertone interlocking buckle

Only worn once. Wide black elastic belt with ruffled edges with silvertone interlocking buckle (just like a front hook bra.) Measures @ 34” I vaguely remember that I felt it ran a little small. I think think this would be a nice accessory with all the new “vintage” styles out right now.
