Brand new, never washed or worn but I removed tag as I intended to keep them and wear but then I lost quite a bit of weight so they no longer fit me. catygebbie @rendiculous no problem. That tells also tells me. Because Encircled is a small company they only run small batches of a product. When it comes back it often has little changes.
