It is 100% polyester on the outside with a 100% polyester lining but feels close to silk. This dress measures approximately 37 in down the back, 27 in at the waist untied (the waist also is elastic). The waist to bottom hemline is 17.5 inches. The bottom hemline is 22 in around. It has only been worn a few times and dry cleaned afterward and is in good condition.
