Amazing 3D Framed Wall Plaque Figured New Orleans Jazz Band

+ in very good condition, like new condition on the sculpted art piece, slight scuffs on the frame front and back please view photos + wood frame but not sure of the actual materials ( plaster? wood? clay? or combo?) on the art pieces + approximately 11.5" x 14.5" including frame + hook on back + it was purchased in New Orleans a few years back
