In excellent condition! Never worn before. Black colored background with pink/peach flamingos and green, hibiscus yellow, and dark red floral pattern. Peek-a-boo above waist and lovely tie from neckline to peek-a-boo waist to give gathered look. One ruffle around the waistline. Dress is lined in black. Zipper closure in back. Size and fabric labels are missing but size is XS and fabric is a most likely a rayon blend.
