sounds like the total waist is 26"? is the waist super stretchy? do you think this runs small? i'm for sure a large, but love this skirt!

@lorrainefo Hello! I think it runs pretty much true to size. When stretched, the waist measures about 18”. (So yes, the 16” would be 26”, etc). It is a pretty standard elastic waistband as far as stretchiness. I hope that helps!
