Tory Burch espadrilles

These Tory, Burch, espadrilles in beige, red and blue were purchased and worn as size 7.5. The colors ran when they were washed had to be recolored by cobbler. No fits more like 6.5–7. Soles measures 9” but canvas uppers have shrunken a bit. My daughter to home they belong where is 7.5 to 8. They are now too tight for her to wear. please see photos for details.
