Beautiful blue quilt inspired dress!! NWOT

This dress is so cute, it has *pockets* and it’s never even been worn! Quilt inspired pattern, and tiered skirt. Adorable puff sleeve detail and high ruffled neck. I sewed on the little black elastic back on. I love this, but it’s always been too small for me. Please let me know if you have any questions!
