The top has an extra lining with soft corset stays, and soft padded bra cups. Size 16, see measurements this definitely runs small! Beautiful vintage Retro style evening, cocktail, prom , dance , night out dress with blingy shiny Sequin ! This gives off 50s/60s prom vibes with its fitted waist and flare tulle skirt. This piece is gently worn and is an older piece. No holes, no tears , no stains. Some sequins are missing from the skirt, Some stray threads on the skirt, not very noticeable and do not detract from the beauty of this dress. Top is in very good shape. Zipper works. Approximately 18.5 inches from pit to pit when laid flat . Approximately 16.5 inches across the smallest part of the waist when laid flat.
