The side patch depicts the NBL (National Baseball League), the wolf patch with the “tm” I found in a google search affiliated with major league teams but nothing with WC. The elongated WC was on a website without any other patches and not made by 59fifty. It’s a mystery and a very cool hat. Possibly a baseball/sports collector or shop could identify this for you.
