For your consideration is this vintage set of two photographs. These photos were taken by a US Missionary to China during the 1950s. They were obtained from a neighbor whose niece served as a missionary during that time. Some of the women are wearing traditional Hanfu Dresses. The inscription in the center reads "In A Chinss Store / Find the baby on his mother's back. One little boy is looking for his mother. Do you see a lady wearing a Chinese Dress?" These photos were used by Missionaries teaching children in the US to explain the different cultures. The top photo measures 6.2 inches long x 4.4 inches tall. The second measures 6.2 inches tall x 4.1 inches tall. The construction paper does have frayed and split edges. The photos are in good overall condition.
