Fully lined (except sleeves). Talbots says the length is short—I am only 5’5” and would call the length midi. The taller you are, the shorter it will be. Talbots official length is 40-3/4”. Shell 95% Polyester, 5% Spandex; Lining: 100% Polyester. This dress is in excellent condition, worn only on a few occasions!
