Vancaro Angel Wings Blue Sapphire Sterling Silver Ring Center Stone is lab created blue sapphire heart shaped faceted 9x9 mm=3 carat. White stones are Cubic zirconia. Vancaro no longer makes this ring in sterling silver. They do sell the same ring now in gothic sterling which is a darker color metal. Comes with Vancaro box as seen in pictures. Size 7 Pre owned-Originally had a missing bottom right prong that was just repaired by jeweler. Jeweler just polished the ring as well.
