Vintage Tripp NYC Kilt Skirt

Vintage tripp long kilt skirt, size women's M (for reference, I am a size 4 pants. Loose without a belt for me. I am 26" in waist for reference. The kilt is around 30". Slight frayed threading, more close up pictures if needed. As far as length, I'm 5'2" approx , and I need platforms with this piece💟 Best suited for size women's s/m depending on desired fit.
