What are the markings from? (Paint, makeup, other?)

@kannis012 hi! It looks like the jacket rubbed up or got caught against something so some markings are like “scratches” on the material. The white mark on sleeve looks like chalk. I did wash the jacket before listing but didn’t come out. Hope this helps and open to offers! 💕
