allaboutthis @valeespinosag Hi! Sorry about the delay in getting back to you. It is warm, it’s a North Face 550 down filling. It is water resistant but not water proof. Meaning you could ski in it but probably not in a storm or anything. It resistant some water but not getting soaked. I from Wisconsin and I like this jacket a lot, just too small for me now, as I gained some weight. Thanks!
