ok condition minor flaws , inner thighs have some signs of wear no rips there. there are 2 belt loops which slightly ripped up from pulling pants up, it is fixable I just haven't worked on it. Size 12 , does have some stretch 70% Cotton 20% Repreve 9% Rayon 1% spandex I am open to offers or add to a bundle and save, feel free to ask any questions
