What does it mean with the extremely small waist and bust size? That would be a child’s measurement- what am I missing. I normally would wear an adult 12 in Teri jon and love this dress. Can you please clarify what you mean by the bust and waist measurements you have listed?

@dchildree Thanks for your question! The measurements are taken with the garment lying flat, so to get the total, just double it. So in this case, an 18" bust would mean that the total bust measurement is 36". Hope that's helpful!
