Has ties at neckline that you can tie or leave stings hanging depending on your style. At hem of dress has fluttery detail as well as on cap sleeve. Black background with white, grey and peach flowers. Tried on but not worn. No issues. Smoke free and dog friendly home. Dog not allowed in posh closet.
