nancieoberle @thelittleliv Hi! Thank you for your patience! I just measured the blouse. It is 21 inches from the shoulder to the hem. The tag does not say what it is made of. I also asked my daughter to look at the tag in case my old eyes missed it. I’d say it is cotton/rayon blend. Hope this helps!
