Vince camuto ruched sleeveless hi low blouse top small *C2

beautiful and flowy high low top from Vince camuto. sleeveless and fully lined. ruched neck with three snap closure on left shoulder. also has a tie strap detail at left shoulder. size is small. armpit to Armpit is 20 1/2", shoulder to side hem is 27". please see pic, one of the snaps has came loose, but, is an easy fix.
