This is a great little dress for the fall. It has an elastic waist and a deep V upfront. New without tags. The bust is about 18 inches across the front and the length is 32 inches. The shoulder to shoulder is 15. The waist is 14 inches but stretches to 20 so there is lots of room for movement. The belt is missing but you could use anything with the stress or just take the belt loops off
