@lnrt14221 I usually measure from the rope of neckline.

@swanklaurie, it depends where it was measured on the neckline.
Measuring from the shoulder seam to the hem is a more accurate way to determine the length.

@lnrt14221 I lay the sweater down and measure from the top of the back of the neckline to the bottom of the hem. I’m 5 feet, 4 inches and it was definitely longer. Below the hips and above the knees. I hope that helps.
