Inside is very clean. Removable long shoulder strap and short gold chain both included so you can wear as a shoulder bag or crossbody . Magnetic snap closure works perfectly. Scratches on the metal plate is the most obvious sign of wear. Dust bag included. Posh will authenticate. I video all bags thoroughly before I send to Posh to authenticate so we are both protected .
