blitzy519 @l1ttl3_m0nst3r hey!!! the waist is 18.5" but there's an elastic in the back for wiggle room and comfort. Not a great answer but these and the Large work pants would probably both fit you. Here's the sizing chart for the work pants: https://bigbudpress.com/pages/size-chart-work-pants. These may be too roomy for you unless you like a comfier style!
