Loft cashmere and wool blend dolman sleeve turtleneck (see label with blend). This is in a sort of an oatmeal tan and gray color. Up close photo of the label captures the color the best. The bottom band measures 18 inches across and stretches to about 21 inches comfortably. About 25 inches from shoulder to bottom hem. I did not measure p2p because of the dolman sleeve. Smoke and pet free.
