svetlanagerber Hello. Ok it’s about9- 9 1/4 inches inside of the boots and 9 1/4 inches outside. I am size 8 in us. I defiantly would need those boots in 39 (wish I relies that in the store. )and my feet r about 9 3/4 inches Hope it helps. Anything else. U need please ask? Thank u
