Vintage Native American Signed Hopi Silver Overlay Bear Paw Necklace

Solid vintage Hopi nine piece decorative silver overlay beaded necklace. The silversmith has made nine Conchos displaying different tribal symbols graduating in size using the silver overlay technique. He also used 158 6 mm seamed beads strung on two foxtail chains that come together as one that wears across the back with a shepherds hook, and eye clasp. This is a museum quality Hopi Navajo Native American jewelry. The piece contains nine completely hand, carved and incredibly intricate silver segments to graduate in size towards the bottom. The largest pendant measures around one and 3/4 inch in diameter. Throughout the entire necklace are stunning round beads and within the sterling silver is marked cir. Mid century. The length of the necklace measures around 26 inches and the weight is 92 g.
