This is a gorgeous Sherri Hill dress, super rare with silver stars climbing up the hem. Boning in bust so no bra is necessary. It does have some sequins missing around the bottom as shown, I photographed the whole bottom edge however, I replaced the missing sequins so the dress is good as new. Gorgeous shimmery sequin dress.
