Nestor Johnson Manufacturer Chicago SKATES: Vintage Condition: Very Good!! Some minor cracking of leather lace facings but very usable high quality & decently stored for 80 years!! Great size for vintage appx 7 - 7.5 Beautiful Leather skate boots still more or less flexible with lambswool tongue padding & grosgrain ribbon seam covers inside Branded Best quality for the time Blades & trucks with Sonja 's signature Figure Skates Design but Blades at that time had no toepick - see pics Skate Pick Tool included BOX: Vintage Ephemera Condition: Fair- although it's cardboard has fallen apart and the top cover is ripped through on corner (see pics) - the Streamline Art Deco Modern graphics , photos and retro red ice blue colors are vibrant and iconic 30s 1940s ( pre-war / 1942 ) Use box for Display but not for actual storage of skates
