New, No Box. Washed the sticker & sticky glue off the bottom but has not been used. Please see pictures as part of the description. Lots of pictures of the handle at all angles so you can see it looks very secure. The finish has a couple of tiny imperfections near the handle, difficult to capture in pictures, but shown best in pics #11 & 12 (last 2 pictures of the handle). #11 is looking down at the top side of the handle at 1 tiny imperfection, pic #12 is looking at the very bottom side of the handle & 2 very tiny imperfections below the handle in the finish. I honestly don’t think these will ever be noticed. Really nice mug for a FRIENDS fan! I would recommend handwashing since it is not marked “Dishwasher Safe”. Will ship in layered bubble wrap and 2 boxes. FREE with any purchase!
