@mvpstyles I hear ya Love! Menopause sucks! I gained about 30 lbs. and was miserable. Last June my endocrinologist explained to me that I have insulin resistance thus no matter what I was doing for exercise (teaching 5 fitness classes per week and eating grass! lol) I probably wouldn't loose weight.

So, thankfully he asked me try Mounjaro. Thanks be to God, since June I've lost 40 lbs. I have about 10'more I'd like to loose. So I'm crossing my fingers and toes. So, now I'm able to resell a lot of my things that don't fit me now. 👌🏼👍🏼🖤🦋
