This is a brand new in package Kate Spade Green & White Polka Dot Canvas Tote Bag. 100% polyester. Measures about 24.5” x 15.5” (very appropriate). I think of this like a large reusable bag that I would bring to the store, farmers market, etc. Very light, no lining. Never opened - still in original plastic. I don’t believe it includes any additional tags inside, just the barcode on the packaging.
